  My order is in fulfilment state for 2 weeks. I sent two emails and did not receive any answer! Called few times and every time I hear the same answer - we will contact stock, please wait. Yesterday they promised a refund but order is in the same state. Horrible shop with horrible customer service.

  Visited this lovely store today and was extremely pleased with the customer service! Staff were very friendly and knowledgable and work around what YOU want in your tank. They took the time to explain things I didn't understand with their honest opinion and did not push for a sale :). A large variety of fish and a wonderful communal environment. Keep up the great work!

  Great and friendly staff who were very knowledgable upfront and honest about their fish how they maintain them etc. You really need to go in to believe it. Prices reflect the maintenance of the store and the fish so no complaints in that department. Great guys will definately be going back there to purchase more fish. Exotic and healthy looking fish on which the store takes pride in what they sell.

  Placed an order online, they contacted me very quickly... Great service. Great communication... Very healthy fish and corals... trouble free!!! highly recommended!!! AAA+++

  This is about their physical store, What huge discrepancy in pricing between the online store! I understand overheads but charging double for the same product is ridiculous. I will be keeping a closer eye on my supplies to ensure I don't run out again and even consider using this place again.
